  2.    ctcp [=]<nick>|<channel> action <action description>

  4. Description:
  5.    This sends a message to the specified nickname or channel that
  6.    describes what you are doing.  Instead of telling someone "I'm tired",
  7.    it lets you send a message saying "YourNick is tired".

  9. Aliases:
  10.    CTCP ACTION is really just a low-level version of ME (for sending to
  11.    a channel) and DESCRIBE.
